About the Role
Nulife Power Services is looking for a highly organized Field Service Coordinator to streamline our scheduling and communication processes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating work orders, scheduling our Northern and Southern California solar technicians and teams, and ensuring seamless communication with homeowners and businesses. Your efforts will keep projects on track and stakeholders informed, supporting our Service Resource Managers (SRMs) throughout the invoice process.
Key Responsibilities
- Work Order Management – Collect, review, and distribute work orders to the appropriate teams.
- Scheduling & Dispatching – Coordinate and assign technicians to residential and commercial projects across Northern and Southern California based on availability, location, and priority.
- Customer Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and businesses, ensuring they receive timely updates on technician arrivals and project timelines.
- Team Coordination – Maintain clear and efficient communication between field teams, ensuring they have all necessary job details before dispatch.
- SRM Support – Keep Service Resource Managers (SRMs) updated with project statuses from scheduling to invoicing.
- Administrative & Process Improvement – Track and document scheduling metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process enhancements for better efficiency.
- Maintain and update employee safety records, including Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Quality Control (QC) Service Reports.
- Manage fleet, tools, and equipment inventory, ensuring proper tracking, maintenance, and availability for operational needs.
Ideal Candidate
- 3 Years minimum experience in solar industry, service O&M preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with customers and teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or service coordination required.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and CRM tools.

Compensation:
- Base Pay: $25-$30 /hour.
- Commission:
- Sales Conversion: Earn $10 commission on sales directly attributed to your sell-by-chat from Yelp, Google or other company approved platforms.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM: Work right at the heart of the action from our Rancho Cucamonga office.
