Nurse Salute LLC is a staffing and management company specializing in healthcare and social support services. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Program Manager to help oversee our Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Respite Care Services contract. This role supports the Program Manager and ensures service continuity during their absence. This position ensures the highest quality of care and compliance for families across CONUS, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in planning and service oversight.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.
- Supervise Regional Coordinators and oversee reporting processes.
- Provide leadership during Program Manager’s absence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field.
- 5 years of management experience in military family services or respite care.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
