Nurse Salute LLC is a staffing and management company specializing in healthcare and social support services. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee our Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Respite Care Services contract. This position ensures the highest quality of care and compliance for families across CONUS, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and quality oversight for the EFMP Respite Care Program.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer, COR, and EFMP Managers.
- Oversee onboarding, credentialing, training, and deployment of Respite Care Providers (RCPs).
- Monitor compliance, quality assurance, and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or related field.
- 10 years of management experience, including 5 years working with military families or in respite care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: $92,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
