We are currently seeking an AVP of Treasury Managment to join our Treasury Management team! In this role, you will support development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of commercial deposit services. You will cultivate relationships with business members and prospective business members that translate into new business opportunities in addition to maintaining and growing existing relationships with business members. You will meet with businesses and non-profit organizations to understand organizational needs. You will foster relationships within the credit union departments to identify collaboration opportunities to develop new business prospects.
What you'll do:

Oversees, coordinates, and assists in the daily activity of the assigned Treasury Management team to include assigning of duties and special projects, monitoring workload and productivity, planning and prioritization, problem resolution, and developing recommendations for change or improvement.

Develops product and service proposals, coordinating with the Treasury Management Administrator(s) to obtain adequate financial information, entity documentation, and/or banks statements to underwrite risk, establish signing authorities, and develop individualized proposals for business members.

Ensures organizational compliance with all regulations and compliance issues in associated programs.

Act as the liaison to other departments and/or vendors for system functionality, performance, enhancements, special features, promotions, and compliance.

Serves as a primary point of contact for any service issue or escalations and collaborate effectively with support team members and other internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.

Leads subordinate staff with respect to recruiting, development, and evaluation of employee performance in accordance with performance management standards.

Provide leadership and partnership to the organization, leading in accordance with organizational values.
- Participates on organizational project teams representing the Treasury Management department and assessing/providing appropriate input for the development and enhancements of products and process impacting business depositors.
- Effectively manages process/project communications including design, status and issues, feedback, and progress with stakeholders at all levels as appropriate.
- Oversees implementation of change initiatives within the Treasury Management department to ensure positive member satisfaction.
What you'll need:

Five to eight years of similar or related experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
Key Experience and Abilities Include:

Excellent relationship building, consultation, and communication skills. Knowledgeable on business and treasury management products and services.

Capable of sourcing credible vendors to provide additional business services and enhance credit union offerings.

Experience with risk management, internal controls, and policy development.

Project Management experience.

Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization.

Development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills essential.

Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.

Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive innovative strategies and implement them in a timely, effective manner.

Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.

Experienced in MS Office programs to include Excel, Word, 365, and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
