Nuclear Pharmacy Technician
The nuclear pharmacy technician is responsible for a variety of duties at NuTech. These include assisting the pharmacist in dispensing compounded pharmaceuticals, performing quality control, preparation of the pharmacy for daily operation, and coordinating with the team to ensure our standard of excellence is met. Due to the nature of the products and services we provide, much of our daily workflow occurs overnight. Therefore, the available position for nuclear pharmacy technician is an overnight/very early morning position. Pay is commensurate with your pharmacy experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set-up prescriptions for the day
- Prepare dosage containers for shipment
- Perform quality control for compounded pharmaceuticals
- Maintain a sterile clean-room environment
- Inventory ordering, stocking, and logistics
- Uphold our safety protocols
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid TSBP technician license (or TSBP technician trainee license).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
PREFERRED SKILLS
- High attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn new skills that are unique to the nuclear pharmacy setting

- Pharmacy Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Pharmacy Technician License with the TSBP (or trainee) (Preferred)
