The Central Services Support Representative primarily serves as utility support for various Central Services functions. In addition, this role also provides support to other Credit Union departments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, delivering inter-office mail, processing outgoing mail, receiving / logging / delivering express mail and shipments, acting as the primary point of contact for the Central Service Support line, scanning and the return mail classification function when the need arises. This role ensures continuous coverage and expected performance and service levels are maintained within Central Services. Responsibilities :
- Process and stamp outgoing mail.
- Complete corporate delivery.
- Receive, log and deliver express mail.
- Sort and log return mail.
- Sort, log and scan credit union records.
- Service the Central Services Support line during business hours, route service request to appropriate resource and proactively update requestor as to the status of the request.
- Responsible for representing the credit union in a positive, professional manner at all times.
- Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities.
- Represents the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
- Maintains member and other sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Treats all co-workers and members with respect. Qualifications :
- 6 to 12 months experience in back-office support role.
- Knowledge in performing basic repetitive functions on a computer.
- Attentive to detail and effective communicator.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Education :
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Pay scale by applicable geographic location :
