Inside Sales/ Customer Support

Summary:

Start in customer service, assisting with orders and troubleshooting, then transition to our inside sales team. Deliver excellent service, meet goals, and grow with us!

Key Duties:

• Identifing customers water needs and providing them with customized water solutions. 
• Assist customers with returns, refunds, delivery, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Handle inbound sales calls and outbound calls.

Incumbents for This Job Typically Hold:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years customer service.
• 1 year in a call center or service role.
• 1 year inside sales experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with reliable attendance.

Essential Skills:

• Communicate to troubleshoot customer issues.
• Use a computer, keyboard, and telephone headset.
• Resolve concerns via phone, email, or chat
