What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Administrator position at NVR Inc?
As an Accounts Payable Associate at NVR, parent company of Ryan Homes, you will be part of the corporate accounts payable team which is responsible for responding to vendor inquires and ensuring that invoices are processed timely and accurately.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure invoices are approved and processed for payment in accordance with company policy
- Collect and verify bank account information from our vendors so that the vendors can be paid via ACH
- Respond to vendor and employee inquires about invoice payment status
- Maintain vendor data within the accounts payable system
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Reliability and ability to work effectively and independently in a professional environment
- A teamwork focus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with accounting cycles and accounts payable processes required
