Hours: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM (30 minute lunch)
Hybrid: First 90-120 days in office, then eligible for hybrid (3 days office/ 2 days home)

SUMMARY:
The Commercial Lines Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing a diverse book of business. The AM role is essential as he/she develops and maintains the relationship with our clients and provides the first line of excellent customer service.
JOB DUTIES:
Answering underwriting requests, rounding out and up-selling accounts, renewing policies including surplus lines, renewal proposals, answering billing questions, audit disputes, and processing cancellations/ reinstatements.
JOB & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
-- Must have a valid Virginia Property & Casualty license
-- At least 3 years Commercial Account Management experience.

-- Strong computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and management systems
PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

-- Experience with Erie, Travelers, Donegal, Hanover, and The Hartford’s management and quoting
system
-- Designations such as CIC or CISR
