Position Overview :
Our Client is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer for their Lakewood, Colorado office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on nationally recognized projects in cutting-edge industry markets, including aerospace, data centers, semiconductors, heavy industrial, and manufacturing sectors. Candidates will manage projects and budgets with fees ranging from $20k to over $1.1M. The position promises exciting and impactful work and requires strong technical, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage engineering and technician staff to complete projects effectively.
- Coordinate structural design scope in-house and with other consultants.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, schedules, and design budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and contractors throughout the design and construction phases.
- Develop and implement project-specific QA / QC plans.
- Act as a mentor and resource for less-experienced staff, supporting their career development.
- Attend project meetings and represent Our Client during design and construction.
- Take an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships.
