As a Human Resources Generalist at Nystrom & Associates you will carry out Human Resources (HR) responsibilities in the following areas : employee relations / performance management, training & development, HR business partner consultation, policy implementation, employee retention / satisfaction strategy, and employment law compliance. The Human Resource Generalist maintains and assists in the development of HR practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance workforce that emphasizes quality and will act as a liaison between employees, supervisors, managers and other Nystrom & Associates staff. This position works a hybrid schedule with several days in office and from home. Job Duties : Employee Relations for team members within their designated business area. Provides consultation for Managers on performance management for their employees. Partners with Managers during employee termination consultation, planning for termination meetings and final communication to employees.
