Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Utilize DocuSign to process and manage electronic documents
- Assist with file organization and maintenance
- Coordinate and schedule meetings using Outlook Calendar
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls

Experience:
- Previous experience in an office coordinator or administrative role required
- Proficiency in using Google Suite for document creation, editing, and sharing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading tasks
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
