Mid-sized, established public accounting firm in Worcester Massachusetts has an opening for an administrative support person. We provide a friendly work environment and excellent benefits. The position requires a self-motivated, organized individual with attention to detail and strong customer relation skills. Billing experience for a professional service firm and/or accounting or tax experience is a plus. Some overtime is required during tax season. Responsibilities will include: updating and monitoring the status of the firm’s client manager system; typing correspondence; ordering supplies; assisting with client billing; client customer support; processing accounts receivable receipts; and processing and mailing tax returns.
