O'Malley Brothers Corporation is looking for a full-time Office/Fleet Administrator.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Knowledge of heavy-duty trucking and Oregon Trucking rules is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer office phone, answer inquiries, take firewood orders & schedule deliveries
- Collect odometer reads on the fleet and run monthly mileage reports
- Compile bid solicitations for potential jobs
- Post/manage ad listings for equipment sales
- Ensure vehicles are up to date on their registration
- Run Credit Card charges
- Search for potential jobs opportunities through sites such as; SAM.gov, OregonBuys, DJC
- Locate/source/price materials for upcoming jobs
- Manage fleet files (maintenance records, registration, IFTA license)
- File 2290s
HOURS/DAY SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday, 9 am - 4 pm

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
