The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Director to play a pivotal role in shaping their HR strategy and enhancing employee engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role is based in their Los Angeles office.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Partner with the CHRO to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals, with a strong emphasis on retention and employee satisfaction.
- Employee Engagement : Design and execute programs to strengthen morale, engagement, and organizational culture.
- Performance Management : Lead the administration of performance evaluation systems that encourage continuous feedback and professional growth.
- Compliance & Policies : Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, and update workplace policies to promote equity and fairness.
- Data-Driven Solutions : Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and develop actionable improvement strategies.
