Oakleaf Partnership is working with a well-established, rapidly growing food and beverage company with sites across the United States. We are looking to find their new VPHR to take their HR function to the next level.
Our client is currently circa 1000 headcount across the US and is likely to double in the next few years.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Human Resources (VPHR) to lead their HR initiatives and support continued growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in HR leadership, preferably within the food manufacturing or related industries.
Candidates with a background in scaling small-medium size businesses will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals
✅ Lead labor relations, workforce planning, and talent development
✅ Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance across all sites
✅ Oversee HR compliance, safety, and employment law adherence
✅ Partner with site leaders to build a strong people-focused culture
✅ Lead HR projects including succession planning and DE&I initiatives
✅ Manage a small HR team and support site-based HR partners
What We're Looking For
🔹 HR leadership experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing
🔹 Proven ability to operate in a multi-site environment
🔹 Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and compliance
🔹 Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution

Salary : $225,000 - $250,000
