I am working with a cutting-edge aerospace startup looking for an Electrical Engineer to design high-reliability electronics for next-generation aircraft. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment , where hardware development moves quickly from concept to reality.
The Role :
Rapidly develop advanced electronics for high-performance aircraft
Own the full hardware lifecycle – system trades, component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, bring-up, debugging, manufacturing, and testing
Engineer sensor circuits, motor controllers, power converters, digital processors, and automation systems
Support hardware through ground testing and flight operations
Collaborate with top-tier engineers across multiple disciplines to build more efficient and reliable aircraft systems
What It Takes to Succeed :
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
4 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and testing electronics
Deep expertise in circuit design, especially high-voltage / high-power inverters
Strong ability to work independently , making key technical decisions without heavy oversight
A proven track record of designing and shipping hardware products (not just prototyping)
Clear, effective communication to articulate technical decisions and experience
