Executive Technology Desktop Support Engineer

Well established Hedge Fund located in New York City is seeking to hire a Technical Executive Support Engineer candidate to provide white glove support their executive C level staff and Senior Portfolio Managers.

Seeking a candidate with past white-glove experience, that strives on exceeding clients' expectations means prioritizing their needs, personalizing their experience, genuinely caring about their satisfaction, and resolving problems before they arise.

• This candidate will have a proven track record of troubleshooting desktop, network, mobile devices, printers and other applications issues.
• Create, deploy and maintain Windows images and task sequences using MDT Toolkit used PowerShell scripts for Windows image customization.
• Maintain and monitor MEM/SCCM or Intune environment in Endpoint Manager and Azure AD.
• Provide 3rd-level support and resolution of desktop incidents, problems, and support.
• Maintain and monitor the VMWARE Horizon Virtual Desktop environment.

This is a hybrid role, onsite in Midtown, New York City
