A prestigious Hedge Fund in New York City is seeking an Executive Technology Desktop Support Engineer to provide elite technical support to executive leadership and senior investment professionals. This role requires a proactive problem solver with a passion for technology, impeccable communication skills, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class service.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver elite white-glove support to executive staff, ensuring a frictionless technology experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, mobile device, printer, and application issues with efficiency and discretion.
- Deploy and maintain Windows images and task sequences using MDT Toolkit and PowerShell scripting for image customization.
- Manage and monitor enterprise device environments, including MEM/SCCM, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Provide advanced (L3) support for desktop incidents and proactively mitigate potential IT disruptions.
- Maintain and optimize the VMware Horizon Virtual Desktop environment.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance the overall user experience and continuously improve technology support processes.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
