Location : Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days in office 2 days remote)
Duration : 3 Months contract
Payrate : $25 / hr on W2.

Beyond the Job Description, what additional skills and capabilities are needed for this role?
- Excel is used every day - vlookups and Pivot Tables are a must! Must have strong follow-up skills; strong organizational skills; BJ's and Costco will be their main clients. They take calls but its more of a team meeting call to go over Costco promotional items - need to meet deadlines. The follow up and volume comes from email - processing orders, handling order changes as a result of product shift from customer or Campbells.
- The team consists of Meals & Bev and Snacks - 2 other CSCAs, a team lead, a supply manager and Michelle - Sr Customer Supply Chain Manager.
- The work experience trumps the degree piece, recently removed the requirement of having a degree for this role - but if they want to grow with the company, a degree will be required in other roles. If they have the right work experience, they will be considered on the temp side but then growth opportunities are limited without the Bachelor's degree.
