What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Occupational Therapy Services?
We are a private Occupational Therapy clinic seeking a self-motivated part-time Office Assistant to join our team. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, professional in appearance and manner, and great at multi-tasking. Candidates should be comfortable lifting 5-20lbs and be able to type 25 wpm or more. Duties include answering phones, greeting adult and pediatric clients, scheduling appointments, filing documents, social media posting, along with some light office chores (clinic laundry one load a week, taking out trash, watering plants, etc).
The schedule would be Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm.
There is flexibility with the scheduled hours/days, and we are open to hiring a candidate for a mix and match of hours/days.
