What are the responsibilities and job description for the OBW Clean Team position at Ocean Breeze Waterpark?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regularly clean and clear tables, chairs, walkways, windows, floors, restrooms, and walls
- Trash collection and disposal
- Special clean up situations as needed
- Properly use all safety equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other team members
- Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional image
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be at least 15 years of age with a worker’s permit
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to 25 lbs. individually, anything heavier would be a team lift
