Job Title: Bookkeeper
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to manage our
company’s financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update financial records using accounting software.
· Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements.
· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
· Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
· Monitor budgets and track financial trends.
· Collaborate with accountants and auditors for financial reviews.
· Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar role.
· Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks)
· Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Work Environment:
· Office-based.
Collaboration with finance teams, management, and external auditors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
