We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Director to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Director, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for both clients and staff while driving sales and managing operational efficiency. Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the spa, including programming, services, facilities and staff. Coordinates the delivery of spa services, including salon, skin care, fitness and wellness, massage, program coordinating, reservations, reception desk and locker room areas. As a department head, directs and works with the management team and hourly associates to successfully execute all spa operations. Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control.
- Oversee employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Implement effective sales management strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and manage purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
