- This position involves conducting site visits, researching property, reviewing code books, and issuing citations as necessary.
- The selected candidate will work closely with contractors, property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to explain and interpret property maintenance regulations and codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with property maintenance regulations and codes by conducting inspections, reviewing plans and permits, and issuing certifications.
- Responds to inquiries, concerns, complaints, and requests for assistance from the public and other stakeholders.
- Liaises with local government agencies, contractors, and property owners to provide guidance and support on property maintenance-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Inspection, or a related field.
- At least six months of experience in customer service, knowledge of magistrate court procedures, and understanding of basic property maintenance regulations.
- Certified ICC Certification (Certified Code Enforcement Official) preferred. ],
