What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Server / Waitstaff position at Oconomowoc Lake Club?
Oconomowoc Lake Club in Oconomowoc, WI is a private club. We are currently looking to hire part time and full time servers / waitstaff to join our team on the dock this summer (May 2024). We are located on 4668 Lake Club Circle. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, engaged and willing to provide extraordinary service to our members. **Hourly wage plus 18% gratuity.**

Responsibilities:
Set up or take down the server station
Assist with setting up the dining tables
Suggest cocktails, wine, appetizers, entrees and desserts to enhance our members experience
Ensure that all orders are entered, and expedited correctly in a timely manner.
Have the ability to carry trays of food.
Work closely with management and your team members to create a memorable experience for our private club members.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station in the kitchen (mopping, trash, side work).
Clean neat uniform and appearance.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
Must be able to bend, twist and stand for an extended period of time.
Must have physical stamina to lift food and beverage trays (30 lbs.)
Previous restaurant experience required (will train the right person)
Must be available to work your hiring schedule (days, evenings, weekends). Memorial day - Labor day. Year round employment also available.
Must be punctual, friendly and Smile.
