About the role
The Vice President of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING. The VP of Sales will develop and use existing and new strategic methods to identify client targets that fit the KPWMC service model. This role will build and nurture relationships throughout the sales process with potential Association clients facilitate client meetings develop and respond to Requests for Proposals create staffing models and pricing analysis to properly service the customer. In addition the VP of Sales will support the production of the management contract and negotiate the terms of the agreement with the Association Board.

The VP of Sales will work closely with the KWPMC executive team to align sales objectives with the companys overall strategic goals.
- Evaluate designated markets and develop a strategic sales approach to target Associations that best fit the KWPMC management profile
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adapt strategies
- Establish clear sales goals KPIs and performance metrics
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for highvalue clients and key accounts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to the executive team
- Ensure pricing strategies are competitive and align with market conditions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and leadgeneration strategies
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and delivery of services
- Collaborate with finance to develop budgets and track sales performance
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the company within the association management industry
