How You Will Contribute/Position Summary
The Senior Accountant supports all accounting and treasury functions necessary to ensure accurate and timely financial reports are produced in accordance with business needs. Position provides support to the Director of Accounting, Controller, and CFO in carrying out various responsibilities of the Finance and Accounting Department.
Essential Responsibilities:
Accounting duties include but are not limited to:
- Completes all month end journal entries for multiple facilities
- Prepares balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepares trending income statements
- Processes cash reconciliations
- Provides treasury assistance for purchasing card maintenance, bank wires, and transaction reporting
- Responds to audit requests as necessary
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
What We Are Seeking/Education and Experience:
Position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of 3 years of general ledger and month end close experience. NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Demonstrated ability to function calmly under pressure and meet deadlines

- Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical forms and financial reports
