Job Overview:
We are seeking adetail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and processing payments.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinating training sessions
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and mailing.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient flow of information and operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in the healthcare or social services field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.82 - $22.67 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
