Job Overview:
We are seeking adetail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and update client records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and processing payments.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinating training sessions
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and mailing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient flow of information and operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in the healthcare or social services field is preferred but not required.
