Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for OFF THE HOUSE and our clients in food and beverage, healthcare, fitness, coffee, and more.
• Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Lead content creation efforts, including short-form video, graphics, and copywriting for social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
• Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce compelling brand visuals.
• Analyze marketing and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in influencer and brand partnership strategies, coordinating outreach and collaborations.
• Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and tone across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and engagement best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience with short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for branding, digital marketing, and creative storytelling.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience in food and beverage, healthcare, fitness, coffee, or consumer facing industries.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.
• Experience with SEO, email marketing, or influencer marketing.
