Role Overview:
The Brand Partnerships Coordinator at Off Worque plays a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with brands, communities, and individuals to enhance our events and online initiatives. This position requires someone with a keen understanding of partnership development, sales, and effective communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partnership Identification: Identify and research potential brand partners, communities, and individuals aligned with Off Worque's mission and values.
- Outreach and Relationship Building: Initiate contact and foster relationships with potential partners through email, phone calls, and networking events.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create compelling partnership proposals and decks outlining the benefits of collaboration with Off Worque.
- Pitching: Assist in presenting partnership proposals to potential partners, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of collaboration.
- Project Management: Coordinate partnership activation plans, ensuring smooth execution of agreed-upon initiatives and deliverables.
- Creative Input: Offer creative input and ideas for partnership activations and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand Off Worque's partnership network.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and events teams to integrate partnership activations seamlessly into Off Worque's events and online platforms.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in brand partnerships, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.
- Experience in deck creation and pitch presentations preferred.
