Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage scheduling and appointments using Google Suite or similar software.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Support the dental or medical team by coordinating patient flow and managing records as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist, medical receptionist, or personal assistant is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other computer applications is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
