About us:
Hi! We're Office Evolution, a coworking hospitality company that provides office space and services to individual professionals and small businesses. We are looking for a super-friendly, trustworthy Temporary Receptionist/ Office Manager for various dates over the course of the year.
What you'll be doing:
- Warm Welcomes:
- Greet visitors with a smile in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and respond to occasional incoming sales and other calls.
- Keep our reception and other public areas looking clean and welcoming.
- Office Operations:
- Be the go-to person for whatever needs doing!
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Manage any operational needs that arise.
- Help schedule meetings and appointments in our conference rooms & offices.
- Communication:
- Communicate multiple times each day with the owner about office activity.
- Refer sales leads or anything else urgent to the owner promptly.
- Follow all directions carefully and ask questions to assure things are done correctly.
- Be friendly and chat briefly with people around the office during their breaks.
- Write emails, notes and/or logs as requested.
- Problem Solving:
- Solve problems with a can-do attitude!
- Willingness to read and follow troubleshooting instructions.
- Know when to ask for guidance or escalate questions to owner.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you are the face of the company during your assignment!
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer skills (more advanced computer/tech skills is a plus)
- Attention to detail and good follow up.
- Overall warm, professional demeanor.
- Hospitality experience is a plus!
Dates & Hours:
We need someone who is available to work full-time (8:30-5:30 M-F) only a few weeks a year and then not at all or just a few hours per week otherwise. You will be our "permanent temp."
