Specialized experience must include some or all of the following duties: 1) Demonstrating advanced knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, international laws, and regulations as it relates to budgeting and financial management; 2) Exhibiting thorough knowledge and understanding of financial and management reports, management and financial controls, policies and practices affecting or reflecting the financial condition and operation of the Command; 3) Knowledge of organizations, programs, missions, and functions of ONRG along with knowledge of analytical and investigative techniques to conduct staffing requirements and utilizations and/or field installations; 4) Demonstrating the ability to interpret, assess and project potential impact of new/revised Congressional & International legislation on the formulation and execution of budgets; and 5) Communicating both orally and in writing in order to gather and disseminate regulatory guidance through the development of SOPs, reports and analyses and assistance in the preparation of briefings.

- You will serve as an ONR Global Financial Management Analyst. This position reports to the ONR Global Comptroller.
- You will adhere to ONR financial management practices, legislation, policy and guidance.
- You will assist with budgeting, managerial and fiduciary accounting and reporting, financial systems, financial internal control systems, and financial analysis for all funds directly controlled by ONR Global and for funds executed by ONR Global.
- You will coordinate the financial planning and execution for ONR Global programs to ensure cost realism, adequate program funding, cost performance analysis, financial control and contract planning management.
- You will perform program reviews and evaluate the financial execution performance of assigned programs against approved plans, objectives, schedule and resource expenditures.
