Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers and expand the client base.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve favorable terms for both parties.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on performance metrics.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance market presence.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Experience with lead generation techniques and strategies for market penetration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective management of territory sales efforts.
- You will have 30 Days to obtain NYS Insurance License to continue employment with our firm.
