Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized administrative assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, managing phone communications, and assisting with daily office functions.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proofread documents for grammatical and typographical errors before distribution.
- Maintain organized office records and files for easy retrieval.
- Run errands for the office as needed (post office, bank, etc)
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Efficient typing skills.
- Computer literacy is essential for this role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for successful interaction with CFO.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products such as Word and Excel
