We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time positions in our MESA Homes. Our staff play a vital role in delivering care, using behavior management techniques, and supporting daily routines. Responsibilities include household tasks, meal preparation, medical documentation, and offering therapeutic support.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Document daily progress notes
- Plan and prepare meals; grocery shopping
- Transport members to outings and appointments (if driver)
- Build relationships and provide support to members
- Handle household chores (cleaning, laundry, etc.)
- Administer medications
- Assist with admissions and discharges
- Redirect and manage member behaviors
- Follow Prevention and Support behavioral standards
- Help with daily routines and member goals
Additional Duties:
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- Follow house rules and schedules
- Maintain DDD licensing standards and adhere to Article 9
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Other tasks assigned by House Manager
Requirements:
- 18 years old (21 to drive company vehicles)
- Flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and communication
- Pass background check for Fingerprint Clearance (Level 1)
- Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Google Calendar, and Outlook
- Uphold Ohana values at work and on social media
- Complete required training: Prevention & Support, CPR, First Aid, Article 9
