We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chief Nursing Officer. This position is a strategic healthcare leader responsible for directing the nursing and clinical operations to align with the organization's population health initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve health outcomes across communities, reducing health disparities, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. The CNO collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and organizational leadership to integrate nursing and clinical care with broader population health goals. This role is critical to achieving sustainable improvements in community health outcomes while advancing the organization’s mission to provide equitable and quality healthcare. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement and continuously evaluate nursing strategies that support population health management and value-based care initiatives across the continuum
- Lead the planning, coordination, and evaluation of nursing and other clinical services to ensure they meet the needs of diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with medical staff, public health agencies, and community organizations to address population health priorities
- Establish clear performance metrics for clinical initiatives and hold nursing and other clinical leaders accountable to achieve outcomes.
- Develop and mentor nursing and other clinical leaders to expand their expertise in population health and clinical best-practice guidelines
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN, DNP, or equivalent); advanced coursework or certification in public health, geriatrics or population health is preferred
- Current medical/health screening includes 2 step TB clearance
- Active RN license in the state of Hawaii
- 10 years of progressive nursing leadership, including experience with population health, care coordination, or public health initiatives
- Proven track record of managing large, interdisciplinary teams in complex healthcare settings
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning

Salary : $215,000 - $225,000
