OBM is currently seeking candidates for a college intern in our Information Technology Office. We are interested in candidates with school year and summer availability to assist our helpdesk and networking team. Interns will gain experience in:
- Providing Tier 1 customer support for user connectivity, Microsoft 365 applications, and hardware issues.
- Using ServiceNow to manage customer support tickets and track inventory.
- Laptop imaging, deployment, and inventory.

- Interns must have an interest in Information Technology field.
