Operational Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Specialist to join our team at Ohly. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems to produce Specialty Powders and Yeast Extracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Spray Dryers, Evaporators, Dry and Liquid blenders, Packaging, Separators/Centrifuges, and CIP systems
• Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems within the team
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production
• Maintain certification to operate a forklift
• Meet physical demands of the role, including frequently lifting and/or moving 50 lbs.

• 12-hour shifts consisting of 3 days one week and 4 days the next, with a 3-day weekend every other weekend

Requirements:

• High School or equivalent education
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
