The specialist will play a key role in preparing staff for the system transition and ensuring training materials meet the needs of child welfare staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training materials and programs for the CT-KIND system.
- Collaborate with business and technical staff to align training content with system functionality.
- Facilitate focus groups, meetings, and training sessions with various stakeholders.
- Assess business readiness and contribute to organizational change management activities.
- Manage and coordinate logistics for training sessions and materials, ensuring they meet project requirements.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, education, communication, social work, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience designing and implementing training programs.
- Knowledge of Connecticut's child welfare policies and federal CCWIS regulations preferred.
- Proficiency in e-learning software (such as Articulate) and learning management systems (Saba) preferred.
- Strong skills in instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation methods.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
