Responsibilities :
Coordinate and initiate outreach activities in senior communities.
Consistently meet monthly enrollment goals.
Identify and collaborate with community organizations to generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and partners.
Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve enrollment targets.
Educate referral sources about WelbeHealth's services.
Skills / Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1 year in healthcare or senior care.
Experience with Salesforce, Athena, or similar technology platforms.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
