Role Summary :
Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Outreach Specialist to drive successful patient enrollment into their healthcare program. This role is instrumental in building relationships, generating quality referrals, and ensuring a strong community presence. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at collaboration.
Essential Job Duties :
Develop and execute outreach and engagement activities in communities where seniors reside.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with community organizations to generate high-quality leads and potential patient enrollments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and organizations, including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other relevant groups.
Work closely with the Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) Director to develop and implement monthly marketing strategies aligned with enrollment objectives.
Educate referral sources about our client’s healthcare services, ensuring widespread awareness and engagement.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
Completion of DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least one (1) year in healthcare or senior care (preferably within the service area); outside sales experience preferred.
Proficiency with technology tools such as Salesforce, Athena, or similar CRM platforms.
Desired Qualifications :
Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with community partners.
Self-motivated with a passion for helping seniors access quality healthcare services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Base salary of $75,000 per year plus uncapped commission and equity.
