Oil States is currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Inside Sales / Customer Service Specialist for our Tulsa, Oklahoma location in our organization, theInside Sales / Customer Service Specialist has a critical and challenging role in helping achieve innovation and meeting our commitments.POSITION SUMMARY : Represent the company to all customers in a way that coveys our dedication to service and meeting their needs by following through with all details necessary to have on time deliveries with accurate paperwork required thereby keeping satisfied customers.NTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Act as point of contact for customer accounts. This includes all interactions from digital communications to conference calls, to periodic customer visits.Assist customers regarding email, faxed or customer website generated orders, expediting, pricing, delivery, stock availability and questions or problems regarding orders.Process sales orders for each new purchase order received. Assign job numbers, check stock inventory, enter as a sales order in computer, print copy of sales order for proofing.Be able to perform co-workers' duties in their absence.Maintain open order status reports for customers on a daily basis.Send shipping documents to customers on a daily basis.Issue RGA's and RFA'a as needed.Upload documents to customer portals daily.Assist Accounts Receivable for collection of past due invoices if needed.Maintain customer pricing schedules.Scan customer purchase orders into Master Control daily.Other duties as assigned.Perform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : High school diploma or GEDMinimum one year experienceExcellent customer service skills and telephone communication skillsIntermediate PC Knowledge including Excel, Word, and OutlookIntermediate office skills including typing, emailing, and scanningExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood mathematical skillsCapable of running errands on behalf of the companyRequires good, outgoing, detail-oriented person who is easily self motivatedSelf StarterMust be able to multi-task and handle a demanding and fast-paced environmentPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged sittingSome moderate lifting of boxesKneeling and bending might be requiredSAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION : This position is designated as a Safety Sensitive Position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this position.
