Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met by processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and portal systems.
• Process sales orders and maintain order status reports.
• Assist with pricing, stock availability, and order inquiries.
• Provide shipping documents and handle returns as needed.
• Support accounts receivable with overdue invoices.
• Upload and manage customer documents.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, math, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Mostly seated work with some lifting and bending.
