Annual Salary: $85,000.00 Full State Employee Benefits
Job-related travel is occasional and a valid driver's license and car insurance are required.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer/Facilitator specializing in leadership development and customer service to join our team. This role will involve delivering training programs focused on enhancing leadership skills and fostering a customer-centric approach within Oklahoma Human Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leadership development, customer service principles, and adult learning methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree plus three years of professional-level experience in human resource management or development;
or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one additional year of professional or technical public sector human resources management experience for each year of the required education;
or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting the possession of a master’s degree in public administration, human resources or a closely related field for one year of the required experience.
Preference:
Preference may be given to applicants who have at least 5 years of full-time talent development/training delivery experience at a professional level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate interactive and impactful classroom and live online training on a variety of business, professional and interpersonal topics for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Maintain a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and knowledge sharing.
- Deliver training focused on leadership fundamentals, including communication, decision-making, and team building.
- Instill a customer-centric mindset by delivering training on service standards, empathy, and effective communication.
- Analyze training metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously update training materials and methodologies to reflect evolving best practices and industry trends.
- Strong knowledge of leadership theories, coaching techniques, and customer service principles.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality training solutions in a fast-paced environment.
