We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Operate phone systems effectively to facilitate communication within the office.

- Proficient in using computer systems, particularly Microsoft.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
