This position is located in our phone center at our Capitol Branch, 3001 N Lincoln Blvd, OKC 73105.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of individuals and companies through tax returns, P&L statements, balance sheets, and personal financial statements.
- Work closely with account officers and borrowers to understand financial status, maintain relationships and gather information for underwriting purposes.
- Provide outstanding member service and contribute to overall team effort.
- Oversee Commercial Portfolio management, to include annual reviews, covenant tracking, construction inspection/draw process, appraisal review, stress testing, risk rating matrices and other portfolio reports.
- Submit credit presentations to the Business Loan Committee.
- Review and prepare loan presentations for all participation loans.
- Prepare the loan file and forward to the Processor.
- Respond to loan and account inquiries upon request.
- Conduct and participate in additional projects as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information.
- Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Ten years of experience in a similar position or in business lending/banking management.
- Multi-lingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus.
