Job Title: Center Director
Position Overview: OrthoLazer Orthopedic Wellness Centers offer a non-invasive, drug-free solution for musculoskeletal pain management. The Center Director is the leader responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, and driving the success of the center. This includes managing staff, patient relationships, provider partnerships, and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients, physician owners, and the center.
- Educate patients on laser therapy benefits and suitability for treatment.
- Lead the startup process, including staffing, facility setup, and software implementation.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and can communicate effectively about laser therapy technology.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, patient payments, and marketing.
- Hire, train, and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring providers and community partners.
- Assist in community outreach and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor financial performance and key metrics.
- Occasionally work as a Laser Technician to treat patients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:
- Clinical degree or equivalent experience (physical therapy or ATC preferred).
- 3 years of management experience in a medical, healthcare or wellness setting.
- Knowledge of anatomy, musculoskeletal conditions and orthopedic care.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in medical/wellness practice startups and staff management.
- Comfortable with social media content creation and software platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Compensation:
- $60,000 - $80,000/year
