Summary:
The Loan Operations Assistant position is responsible for providing support to the Loan Operations and Loan Administration teams. The position gathers, tracks and maintains post-closing loan documentation within the official tracking system.
Essential Functions:
· Insurance exception tracking and clearing
· UCC tracking and continuations
· Financials tracking and clearing
· Final Title and Recorded document exception tracking and clearing
· Post-closing loan package assembly
· Post-closing document scanning
· Other trailing document tracking and clearing
· Additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
Competency:
· Loan Documentation
· Loan scanning and documentation systems
· General clerical and organizational skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
This position requires sitting at a computer station for extended periods of time and the occasional movement and filing of hard copy loan account portfolios
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are flexible but should be agreed upon with the employee’s supervisor.
Travel:
Occasional travel to other ODNB branches can be expected for this position.
Education and Experience:
· General knowledge of Loan Documentation required
· Knowledge of Core Banking systems and ancillary products strongly preferred
· Schooling, banking, other experience required or preferred
· Customer service, cash handling, and/or other skills required or preferred
Work Authorization/ Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
