Old Edwards Hospitality Group is seeking a highly organized professional with proven skills and abilities to achieve the best employee experience and supporting the business while continuously improving HR practices and processes. The HR manager will lead the International Recruiting Program, serve as the HR team Project Manager, and support all general HR efforts to support the business and its employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage International Recruiting Program to include:
- Working with International Recruiting Firms, Student Sponsors, and our Immigration Attorney partner to manage and process all paperwork requirements, screen, interview, select, and hire 150- 200 International Employees each year
- Managing process improvement for International Recruiting
- Managing Recruiting Systems and Tools for International Recruiting
- Lead Project Management efforts for Key HR Programs and Initiatives
- Lead Position Management by maintaining job titles, requirements, and descriptions for all positions
- Work with HR Director and Payroll Manager to ensure HRIS system is maintained to best support business needs
- With direction from HR Director, update, and recommend Human Resources policies and procedures that apply to current business environment and HR Compliance and Employment Law requirements
- Other duties as assigned based on business needs

- HRIS, specifically Paycom experience preferred
- PHR/SPHR Certification preferred
- 3 years' experience in Human Resources preferred
- High school diploma/ G.E.D required. Bachelors Degree preferred
- Current and valid drivers license
